Finding the Correct Contact:

  • Call the receptionist and ask. You’ll be surprised how often this works.
  • Check the website. Larger companies sometimes have directories.
  • Search for people on Linkedin. Once you’ve found the right title but no name, search that title verbatim, then “company name Linkedin.” Google will then display their name.
  • Leverage ChatGPT.

Finding the Correct Email address:

  • Again, call the receptionist and ask. You’ll be surprised how often this works.
  • Try Hunter.io for free email formats once you’ve identified the correct person.
  • If unlisted on hunter, ask Chatgpt or other large language models for a likely format.
  • Try free trial’s of Apollo.io or other list building software.
